Senior Demand Planner
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

As an experienced planner, you will be responsible for driving structure and efficiency around their forecasting processes. Position Description:
- Sr Demand Planner reporting to the Sr Director of Planning and Replenishment.
- Use advanced planning tool to optimize forecast and drive item/store accuracy.
- Work cross functionally to gain alignment on forecast with all stakeholders.
- Prioritize work to drive the largest improvements.
- Develop tracking and reporting around KPIs.
- Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.
- Advise replenishment on forecast and work closely on inventory strategy.
Background Required:
- At least 3 to 5 years of Demand Planning and S&OP experience.
- Retail industry experience preferred.
- Advanced planning tool experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
- Proven track record of success in similar role.
